I’m pretty sure I couldn’t have said “YES!” faster when Kelsey and Nick said they were up for a colorful mural engagement session! I’ve had this location in mind for a while now and was just waiting for the perfect couple. Well, Kelsey and Nick were that couple! They’re so laid back and fun, plus one of the murals had Nick’s favorite color: orange, and the other had one of Kelsey’s favorites: purple.

Since they’re planning a 70’s themed disco purple and orange wedding this April with their wedding planner/designer Kim Otis from KLO Events, they wanted to include a nod to that theme in their engagement photos. Soo…they brought disco balls! Ahhhh! The disco balls were so much fun to play around with and add some creativity! We used them as casual props, threw them in the air, bounced the sunlight onto them creating little bright dots, and (my personal favorite) gave Kelsey and Nick disco ball heads! 🙂
