I love whimsical details, pops of color, and genuine joy! I overuse exclamation points, have a soft spot for rescue dogs, and could eat brunch every day of the week!
I believe in finding joy in the everyday, that real emotions are better than perfectly posed, and that building connections with my clients is what allows me to create honest photos and capture genuine moments.

2013
My love for travel started back in 2005 when I did 'Semester at Sea.' Two years later, I bicycled from Maryland to California (yes, it hurt!) and decided to stay. I became a critical care RN for 6 years, and then needed a break.
quit my job to travel (Patagonia was my fave!)
2017
After becoming a nurse practitioner and deciding that it wasn't for me, I turned what was once my creative outlet into my career.
started my photography biz
2018
Our wedding was a tiny 3-day event in the mountains. The next year, we bought a house in Oakland + adopted our first baby (ahem...dog) — a 60lb pitbull named Spruce.
married my adventure partner
2023
After deciding to live part time in the mountains of Mammoth Lakes, (Life's too short; do what makes you happy!) we adopted our second pup, Cedar, and officially gave up even more of our personal space. Still working on our dog parent skills!
