When Jess and Raymond reached out to me about photographing their wedding and told me how much they loved color, I knew that it was going to be a good match! And when I saw their bright and whimsical flowers covering the most beautiful summer garden venue, my heart did a little dance! All the details were on point with a floral invitation suite, bright summer robes for the girls, and patterned bow ties for the guys. I could have photographed those details for hours!
I loved how personalized their day was, with a small wedding party, tea ceremony, and a short reception in the golden hour light. Plus their pup, snowflake even made an appearance! I’ve said it time and time again, but the biggest piece of advice that I have for couples planning their wedding is to make it your own! Do whatever has meaning to you and skip the parts that don’t. Have a small wedding party, have a large wedding party, or don’t have one at all! Wear white, wear color, or change your outfit multiple times! All that matters is that you make your day meaningful to you and your group, and that’s exactly what Jess and Raymond did!
