Brand photos for a tarot reader & deck creator
If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when a brand fully embraces color, personality, and a little bit of magic, this session with Tulip Magic is it! As a tarot reader, intuitive, and creator of her own custom tarot deck, Tulip wanted brand photos that felt as dynamic and vibrant as she is.
Using my Bay Area studio (Bright Bay Studio), we created a colorful, eye-catching, high-energy session that captured everything from bold personality-filled headshots to behind-the-scenes moments at her desk, plus playful product photos of her tarot deck and a styled setup for her events. We even had some fun with direct flash and GIF creation!
Tulip was SO fun to have in front of the camera and was up for all kinds of fun suggestions like laying on the floor to show off her shoes (I mean, look at those feather pants too!), dancing it out in front of the camera, making silly faces, and throwing things in the air (peep the GIF below). This kind of session is such a great example of how brand photography can go beyond just “a few good headshots.” By incorporating multiple setups, outfits/accessories, and uses (from social media to product marketing), we built a full library of images that Tulip can use across her website, online shop, and content. The result is a cohesive, eye-catching brand presence that feels true to her and stands out instantly. ✨
