The morning drive up the coast was filled with on-and-off drizzle, but as soon as I reached the overlook, the rain let up and left us with the dreamiest soft, overcast light. You get rugged cliffs, ocean views, and plenty of space to explore and make the session feel like an adventure. (I also love this location that’s just a little farther north!)
And these two fully leaned into it. They climbed over rocks, hiked in sandals, and even ran into the ocean in the middle of winter. Exactly the kind of energy that makes photos feel real, playful, and completely them.
