What a pleasure it’s been to get to know so many people who come from near and far to be married at our gorgeous city hall in San Francisco! One thing I love about elopements is that I get to spend so much time with just the couple and get to know them on a more personal level. No matter how much or how little time we have together, my goal is to always get to know who you are together and try to bring that out in your wedding photos! It’s a bonus that I also get to meet some of the most kind-hearted and joyful people as well! Ghada and Brandon are two such souls. Being around them was so easy and we had so much fun wandering around city hall and Pier 7 in San Francisco that I honestly didn’t want it to end! Scroll on and you’ll see why these two were such a blast to work with and why Pier 7 is one of my favorite San Francisco photo spots!
I think it’s such a fun idea to incorporate another favorite San Francisco location in your wedding photos! Ghada wanted to head to Pier 7 because it’s a spot that has meaning to her; it’s where she goes to clear her head and for beautiful bay and city views. The lamp posts add a perfect touch of whimsy and leading lines in photos, and if you turn around and look the other way and you get the bustling city view! (And if you go in the evening the lamp lights turn on and add an extra element of beauty!)
Below is one of my favorite bridal portraits! I think the black and white just makes her beauty pop even more!
Ghada + Brandon- Thank you for having me as a part of your wedding day! It was truly a pleasure to get to know you both and I wish you so much more love, laughter, and adventure in your marriage!
