If you are looking for a Bay Area senior photographer who creates colorful, creative, and personality-filled photos, you’ve come to the right place!
This high school senior session took place at Shelldance Orchid Gardens in Pacifica, one of the most unique indoor plant-filled locations in the Bay Area. With lush greenery, soft light, and so many layers of texture, it was the perfect setting for a senior who loves plants and wanted something a little different from the typical outdoor session.
One of my favorite parts of this photoshoot was how much we leaned into creativity. From incorporating a fun bubble machine along with the colorful exterior of the building, to experimenting with motion blur and double exposures both in camera and in Photoshop, this session felt artistic, playful, and completely true to her. And of course, her purple hair added a fun pop of personality throughout!
And of course, my goal with every photo session is not just to create beautiful images, but to make sure you actually enjoy the experience! By the end of this session, she felt confident, relaxed, and fully herself, which always translates into photos that feel genuine and joyful.
