Talia is the host of Dating Intentionally, a wildly popular podcast that teaches you how to navigate dating with confidence. She believes that dating can be fun, and after listening to a few of her episodes, it’s easy to see why listeners resonate with her honest and direct advice and real-life experience.
Talia reached out to me looking for professional updated photos that could live on her website, promotional materials, and as podcast cover art. I loved how she knew exactly what she was looking for and was super decisive, which made the whole process and photoshoot incredibly successful! There’s so much benefit in sitting down to think of what you actually need before getting set up with a professional photographer for a brand session. Don’t worry though, because if you just know you need photos but aren’t exactly sure what, I’ll help walk you through the process!
I always come prepared ahead of time so that we can make the most of our time together! That’s why I share my Canva planning doc with my clients and together we make a plan for everything from backdrops and props; to outfits, accessories, shot list, and more! Then we can be sure to capture everything you need during the photoshoot and also leave a little extra time for creativity and magic. ✨
Check out some favorites from Talia’s brand photography session for Dating Intentionally below! Notice where we left plenty of white space for text since we knew we’d need that for the podcast cover photo.
P.S. We used one of my favorite photography studios in the San Francisco Bay Area: The Sunlight Space in Los Altos, CA.
