I am completely in love with this modern farmhouse kitchen by Marlene Design + Co! As soon as I walked into the space I felt like I was on an episode of Fixer Upper, and as it turns out, the design was actually inspired by the client’s love of Magnolia and all things Chip and Joanna Gaines, right down to the Magnolia Table cookbook on the tabletop! The subway tile backsplash, wooden range hood and pendant lights are some of my favorite design elements, and the marble dining table that comes right off of the island just begs to be filled with family and friends gathered around a meal.
