There’s nothing more attractive to me than the man I love in a well-fitted suit! So for our wedding day you can bet we put just as much effort into finding the right suit for Brandon as we did for my dress! Okay, maybe almost as much effort 😉 Because let’s be honest, it’s just easier for guys! I probably went to about 8 stores before I settled on my dress (see some of my favorites here), but for Brandon we just had to make one stop: Indochino in San Francisco. Brandon already has one custom suit from them that fits great, so we knew that this was the perfect option for his wedding day attire!
Maybe you never thought that a custom designed made-to-measure suit was an option, but get ready to have your mind blown! I’m here to tell you that it can be absolutely affordable (we’re talking a detailed custom 3 piece suit for $500), and that it makes SO much of a difference in how he looks! If you’ve never seen your guy in a tailored suit you’ll be blown away with the outcome! You’re welcome! 😉
We were able to choose every little detail on Brandon’s suit from the material and color (of course), to how many buttons, what stitching to use, the inside lining color and pattern, and much more! Plus any needed tailoring is also included, which shouldn’t be much anyway because the suit will already be made to his measurements. But true to their word, if you’re having sizing issues you can keep coming back until it fits right!
They also make custom shirts, chinos, blazers, and overcoats; and have ties, pocket squares, and other accessories to complete the look. And if you want the entire wedding party looking their best he can have his groomsmen fitted as well! Shipping was also quick (within about 2 weeks) and if you’re unable to make it into the store, you also have the option of doing it all online using their step-by-step video guide to measure yourself! But I definitely recommend making an in-person appointment if you live by a showroom so you can see the fabrics and colors in person, as well as get some style advice (if needed) from one of their consultants. They have over 30 showrooms in North America, including one in San Francisco and San Jose coming soon in April 2019 for my fellow Bay Area people! Just go online to book a 60 minute appointment to get started and they’ll walk you through the rest!
Scroll down to see a glimpse of the San Francisco showroom and some of the custom options, fabrics, and colors available (oh, and a few photos from one of Brandon’s fittings)! Full photos of him in his custom suit on our wedding day coming soon! 🙂

So many colorful tie and pocket square options!
