I had no idea when I met them at the Palace of Fine Arts that this was Adam’s first visit to this location, and that neither of them had been to our second location (Crissy Field). I love it when couples are excited to go somewhere new and explore with me! It’s one of my favorite things to do: meander through a new location. My senses are heightened and I notice every little detail that I might normally pass right by. Have you ever experienced that? When you live in a place for long enough, you no longer notice the little things. I guess exploring new places allows me to appreciate the small things that might not normally cross my mind. Next time you find yourself somewhere new, notice how different you feel and act. You just may become a lover of exploring as well!
It should be said that if you’ve never been to either of these locations (the Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Field), they’re definitely worth checking out at least once. Though I’d recommend going on a weekday if you can to avoid the crowds! And if you can’t make it there, enjoy the experience through Adam and Simone’s engagement photos! Don’t forget to notice the details!
Can you tell that they’ve been together since junior high?! Oh, and they’re also ballroom dancers in the making, and I couldn’t get enough of them twirling around! 🙂
The golden light at Crissy Field was unbelievable! I could have stayed there all night shooting these two!
The wind was a little tricky at times! 🙂
